"Platform" – Refers to the Competition fantasy game system available through web and mobile-interfaces. "Rupee Coins" – Digital currency equivalent to Indian Rupees used in the platform. "Diamonds" – In-game points earned by non-winners or as minimum rewards.

Personal information of players

Personal Information means and includes all information that can be linked to a specific individual or to identify any individual, such as

Name, age, address, mailing address, father name, father occupation, your occupation, mobile number, email ID, contacts.
Aadhaar information including Aadhaar number or Virtual ID for the purposes of e-KYC authentication with the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) in all cases.
Bank account details including balance, transaction history, and value, wallet balance, investment details and transactions, service or transaction-related communication, and part of your card details such as card number, cardholder name, card expiration date, etc.
Information about your device/mobile phone such as device identifier, internet bandwidth, mobile device model, browser, IP address, internet service provider, location, cookies, and any details that may have been voluntarily provided by the user in connection with availing any of the services on the Application.

Nature of the Game

The platform offers skill-based fantasy competitions that do not involve betting, wagering, or any form of gambling. Match outcomes are determined solely by user performance, decision-making, and reaction time, with no element of chance as it includes the skills of the player to win or lose the game. Each match consists of up to five (5) players, with a minimum of three (3) required to start. If only two (2) players join, bots will be added to complete the group, and the match will automatically end in a draw. Gameplay involves viewing a media clip, after which the first player to accurately press the buzzer is declared the winner—highlighting the importance of speed, attention, and skill.

Entry Fees and Rewards

Participation in matches requires an entry fee ranging from ₹10 to ₹999, depending on the match format. Rewards are distributed based on the number of players and the outcome of the match. In 4-player matches, the winner receives 2x the entry fee in Rupee Coins; in 5-player matches, the winner receives 3x the entry fee in Rupee Coins. Non-winning participants receive a consolation reward of 10x the entry fee in Diamonds, with a guaranteed minimum of ₹10 or 100 Diamonds. The platform uses two virtual currencies: Rupee Coins and Diamonds, where 1 Rupee Coin is equivalent to ₹1, and 100 Diamonds are equivalent to game played condition.

Usage of Personal Information

We use your personal information with your consent to provide you with services & products you explicitly requested, to resolve disputes, troubleshoot concerns, help promote safe services, collect money, measure consumer interest in our services, inform you about offers, products, services, updates, customize your experience, detect & protect us against error, fraud, and other criminal activity, enforce our terms and conditions, etc.

We may use your personal information for the following purposes:

to create your account as a user in our system and verify your identity;
to facilitate the creation of and secure your user account and access privileges being offered by our application, affiliates, subsidiaries, associates, or business partners;

Perform internal operations necessary to provide you with and improve our Platform, including troubleshooting software bugs and operational problems; conduct data analysis, testing, and research; and monitor and analyze usage and activity trends.
For improving the Platform.

to detect fraudulent usage of the Platform and/or misuse of any of the features of the Platform
to address claims or disputes relating to the use of our Platform, or as otherwise allowed by applicable law, or as requested by regulators, government entities, and official inquiries.

Sharing and disclosure of peronal information
